What should I do if my journey details change before my travel date?
You can amend your booking online by login into the My Order page. You will need to add your surname and booking reference number to retrieve your booking. All these changes need to be made 24 hours or more before your travel. If your travel details change within 24 hours of your travel date, please call us directly.
