Things to do

Patong Beach is one of the most popular resorts in Phuket, offering everything you could want from your stay in Thailand. With a mix of activities, all-night nightlife, lots of dining options and a beautiful white sandy beach, it’s easy to see why it attracts so many visitors.

This lively resort comes with a two-mile beach, backed by market stalls, beach bars and street food carts selling a wide range of local dishes. Spend your day relaxing on the sand, take a dip in the sea or try one of the watersports on offer: jet-skiing, SUPing, parasailing and more. It’s just a popular with the younger crowd as families, who can enjoy the calm shallow waters that are ideal for paddling with younger kids.

In the evening, Bangla Road is the place to be, where you’ll find live music, themed pubs for bar crawls and lots of different bars. Or you can be a spectator at a Muay Thai fight, at the Bangla Boxing Stadium which hosts several fights a week.

Top attractions

The Boon Kaw Kong Shrine is one of the most popular attractions. It’s easy to find; drivers honk their horns while passing as a mark of respect. If you’re visiting in April then you can join in the celebrations for Thai new year at the Songkran Festival. This huge festival is great fun and usually ends in a massive water fight.

Best restaurants

Don’t miss the chance to try some authentic Thai street food - the best place to go is the Banzaan Fresh Market near Sawatdirak Street. Here you’ll get some great local food at a real bargain, or you can even pick up some freshly caught fish and get it grilled for you on the spot.

At HolidayTaxis, we recognize that every traveler is different and may have their own preferences and requirements for their airport transfers. To accommodate this, we offer a diverse range of transfer vehicles for our customers to choose from, each with its own set of benefits and advantages.

For example, if you're traveling in a large group, our minibus or shared airport shuttle transfers might be the best option for you, as they can comfortably accommodate a larger number of passengers and their luggage. On the other hand, if you're traveling with just one or two companions, a private car may be more suitable for you as they offer a more intimate and personalised experience.
