What to do in Brest?

Brittany’s main attraction is its beautiful shoreline, from the pink granite coast of the Côtes d'Armor, to the popular surf spots along the western coast. Why not book a boat trip, dolphin watching tour, or kayak excursion to experience the aquatic delights? Various companies also hire out boats, which can be used to explore the many tiny islands off the coast of Brittany.

If you’re keen to learn more about the area, pay a visit to the Musee National de la Marine, which is housed in a castle. If you’re visiting with kids then a trip to the Oceanopolis aquarium is a great idea - Home to more than 1,000 species of marine life, including seals, penguins, sharks and otters.

Of course, you can’t go to France without enjoying some of the local cuisine! Brest, unsurprisingly due to its location, is best known for its seafood. Mussels are a popular choice, along with other freshly caught fish. There is also a good range of other dishes available, plus various vegetarian dishes.

At HolidayTaxis, we recognize that every traveler is different and may have their own preferences and requirements for their airport transfers. To accommodate this, we offer a diverse range of transfer vehicles for our customers to choose from, each with its own set of benefits and advantages.

For example, if you're traveling in a large group, our minibus or shared airport shuttle transfers might be the best option for you, as they can comfortably accommodate a larger number of passengers and their luggage. On the other hand, if you're traveling with just one or two companions, a private car may be more suitable for you as they offer a more intimate and personalised experience.
