Things to do

Malaga is a city packed with attractions and sights to see, some of the most popular include the Alcazaba fortress and Gibralfaro castle (two unmissable landmarks on the city’s skyline). The Picasso Museum is a must for any art-lover, showcasing the city’s most famous artists and many other works.

Malaga is a beach city, with several popular stretches of sand including Playa de la Malagueta. Most of the beaches offer activities from volleyball to windsurfing, as well as beach bars, restaurants and family-friendly areas with playgrounds.

Popular Restaurants

For the best tapas in town, head to Taberna Las Merchanas; this unusual bar is filled from floor to ceiling in traditional Spanish holy artifacts and does great little plates of traditional food to boot! Maricuchi is one of the most popular chiringuitos (beach bars) on the beach, known for its lively atmosphere, authentic food and reasonable prices. For breakfast, try Café de Estraperlo - They do excellent desserts too!

Nightlife

Malaga is a vibrant place to be at night, with the main action centred around Plaza de Uncibay and Plaza de la Merced. Nightclubs stay open until around 4am plus there are a whole host of bars and cafes to suit all preferences. The well established Antigua Casa Guardia is a long-standing favourite with wine lovers, while ZZ Pub is a good choice for live music and a lively, club atmosphere.

March 31, 2023

At HolidayTaxis, we recognize that every traveler is different and may have their own preferences and requirements for their airport transfers. To accommodate this, we offer a diverse range of transfer vehicles for our customers to choose from, each with its own set of benefits and advantages.

For example, if you're traveling in a large group, our minibus or shared airport shuttle transfers might be the best option for you, as they can comfortably accommodate a larger number of passengers and their luggage. On the other hand, if you're traveling with just one or two companions, a private car may be more suitable for you as they offer a more intimate and personalised experience.
