Hop on board to visit some of the 20 nearby beaches and untouched islands, while stopping to swim, snorkel and enjoy a spot of lunch along the way. Come evening, the long street of Rua das Pedras is a top spot for nightlife, with a choice of bars, restaurants and clubs for everyone.
Top attractions
When it comes to a night out, nothing beats a party at Privilege. Owned by the same group that own Privilege Ibiza, this two-floor nightclub is on the waterfront and specialises in house music. If you’re looking for a memorable time, it’s your place to be.
Don’t miss the chance to meet some of the local wildlife residents at Praia da Tartaruga beach. A great spot for swimming and sunbathing in general, this beach is best known for being the top spot for seeing a turtle. Even if you’re not lucky, you can still enjoy a beer or cocktail at one of the beachfront bars, or stay to watch the sunset.

The waterfront area of Porto da Barra is one of the best parts of the resort to enjoy a meal. Here you’ll find a great selection of bars and restaurants, with a choice of laid back eateries and romantic restaurants to choose from.
If it’s seafood you’re after, you can’t go wrong with Rocka Beach Lounge. Serving a variety of fresh fish and seafood dishes, as well as some excellent cocktails, it offers and outdoor terrace with views of the beach.
