How much luggage may I take?

The baggage allowance is one standard suitcase plus hand luggage - Should you require any additional items check at the time of booking (it will depend largely on the number of passengers travelling and size of the vehicle you have booked) then contact our helpful customer services team.

How does a return transfer work?

We calculate your pick up time on your flight departure time, and the distance to the airport. Your voucher will clearly state what time your driver is due to pick you up from your accommodation. We allow plenty of time for check-in procedures as well as any last minute duty-free shopping.
