Where is Praslin Island Airport?

Praslin is an island in the Seychelles, just to the northeast of the larger island of Mahé. The airport is located at Grand Anse, and is also commonly known as Iles des Palmes Airport. It is linked to the island of Mahé by flights with Air Seychelles, which also provide flights to other islands. It is a small airport, capable of handling around 1500 passengers daily.

What to do in Praslin

Most visitors to the palm-fringed island of Praslin come here for its pristine, paradise beaches and crystal clear waters. The very best of the bunch is Anse Lazio. It has been voted the best beach in the world on several occasions, but despite this it is not overly crowded. It’s well worth a visit at least once during your stay.

It’s a top spot for divers from around the world, thanks to its clear seas and colourful sealife.
